From Infrastructure to Real Agentic Commerce

The past few months have been about building the foundation.

Throughout Q2, XONA focused on turning the idea of agentic commerce into working infrastructure. Not just a concept, but a complete stack that allows AI agents to access intelligence, discover services, make payments, and execute actions across different ecosystems.

We expanded XONA into a full-stack infrastructure for agentic commerce.

Our inference layer opened access to multiple models through an OpenAI-compatible interface, while the provider marketplace created a way for compute providers to register their models and earn from usage.

xPay continued to evolve as the wallet, payment, and discovery layer for AI agents. Through MCP, agents can discover thousands of services, manage funds, settle payments through x402, and move assets across supported networks.

We also expanded our premium resource marketplace, giving agents pay-per-use access to image, video, audio, data, and intelligence services without requiring subscriptions or traditional API billing.

Across Q2, XONA expanded through new integrations, supported networks, inference providers, and partnerships with teams building agent infrastructure, privacy systems, execution layers, and settlement protocols.

At the same time, the $XONA ecosystem continued to grow alongside product activity.

Revenue from the infrastructure supports buybacks and staking rewards, while Bonus Reward Vaults bring additional incentives from ecosystem partners directly to $XONA stakers.

From Building the Rails to Putting Agents on Them

Q2 was about building the rails.

Q3 is about putting more agents on them.

The next phase begins with Orbit.

Orbit Beta and its public release will introduce a platform where users can experience how the XONA infrastructure works in one place. Instead of viewing inference, discovery, payments, and execution as separate products, Orbit will bring them together inside a working AI agent experience.

It will show how an agent can access a model, understand a task, discover the right service, execute an action, pay autonomously, and return a real result.

Expanding the Stack

Alongside Orbit, we will continue expanding xPay MCP with more execution capabilities, giving agents more ways to interact with on-chain applications and external services.

Our inference layer will continue to grow through better routing, improved reliability, stronger performance, additional providers, and broader model access.

The resource marketplace will also expand with more premium capabilities, while XONA integrations reach more agent platforms and ecosystems.

Growing the XONA Economy

We are targeting 10 Bonus Reward Vaults, creating a wider reward ecosystem around $XONA staking and deeper alignment with partner communities.

As usage grows across inference, xPay, resources, and Orbit, the goal is to drive more real activity through the XONA infrastructure and strengthen the connection between product usage and the $XONA economy.

The infrastructure is already here.

Now the focus is adoption, usability, and real economic activity.

Q3 marks the beginning of XONA's next journey: moving from building the agentic commerce stack to showing what agents can actually do with it.
